Terms & Conditions – Elevate Felixstowe

These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, events, bookings and use of services provided by Elevate (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or attending any class or event, you agree to the following terms.

1. About us:

Elevate is a yoga and wellness studio based in Felixstowe, UK, offering yoga, Pilates, breathwork and wellness sessions.

2. Bookings:

All classes and events must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking platform.
Some sessions are run by Elevate, while others are delivered by independent teachers who hire the studio.
Where a class is run by an independent teacher, your booking may be subject to their individual terms and conditions.

3. Payments:

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Prices and class availability are subject to change at any time.

4. Cancellations & credits:

Elevate operates a credit-only policy. Refunds are not offered.
If you cancel a class more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a credit to your account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited with no credit issued.
Credits are non-transferable and may be subject to expiry.
Workshops, events or special sessions may have separate cancellation terms, which will be stated at the time of booking.

5. Class attendance:

Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once a class has started.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if a class is full or if arrival is significantly late, without refund or credit.

6. Health & responsibility:

By attending a class, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate.
You are responsible for informing your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns prior to the session.
You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during all sessions.

7. Liability:

Participation in any class or activity at Elevate is undertaken at your own risk.
Elevate, its owners, employees and teachers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during classes, events or while on the premises, except where caused by negligence or required by law.
Elevate accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

8. Independent teachers:

Some classes and events are run by independent teachers who hire the studio space.
Elevate is not responsible for the content, delivery or management of these sessions.
Any issues relating to these sessions should be addressed directly with the teacher.

9. Studio use & conduct:

We ask all clients to respect the space, teachers and other attendees at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class or event if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without refund or credit.

10. Changes & cancellations by us:

We reserve the right to change teachers, class times or cancel sessions where necessary.
In the event of a cancellation by Elevate, a credit or alternative booking will be offered.

11. Memberships & class passes:

Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiry dates apply and will not be extended unless in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

12. Personal data:

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms:

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
